  1. Returns Eligibility

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items only. Due to the nature of our products (alcoholic beverages), we cannot accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for damaged or defective items.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Alcoholic Beverages: We cannot accept returns of alcohol products unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Gift Cards and Opened Products: We do not accept returns on gift cards or any opened products, including bottles of liquor.

If your item is eligible for return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
  3. Pack the Item: Ensure that the product is in its original, undamaged packaging. Include all components of the product (if applicable).
  4. Ship the Item: Once you receive the return instructions and label, securely package and return the item as directed.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Other Returns: For all other return requests (i.e., returns for other reasons), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
